1. By placing an order with Brides by Lucia Lee you agree to accept these terms and    conditions which form a legally binding contract between you (the Buyer) and us (Brides by Lucia Lee)

2. All sale dresses are supplied from our own stock samples and are "sold as seen." They may have been previously tried on by other brides. These dresses are mostly in excellent condition but may need to be spot cleaned or dry cleaned which is at the expense of the Buyer.

3. Brides by Lucia Lee cannot be held responsible for any damage or deterioration which may occur to any item after delivery whether due to innapropriate use, unsuitable storage, neglect, alteration or accident.

4. Brides by Lucia Lee have made every effort to provide accurate images and description of goods and their condition.

5. Brides by Lucia Lee cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. All goods will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer.

6. Sale items are sold on a "first come, first served" basis and we will make every effort to keep the stock levels accurate.

Your Right to Cancel and Returns Policy:

1. In the event that the Buyer wishes to cancel the sale, notice must be given in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. We cannot accept notification by telephone. Our email address is enquiries@lucia-lee.co.uk

2. For reasons of hygeine we cannot accept returns of earings, g-strings, thongs, briefs, shorts or hosiery.

3. Returns are made at the cost of the Buyer. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, no refund will be given. We therefore request that you return goods via recorded post and retain proof of postage. A note of why you are returning goods along with a copy of your invoice must be included.

4. If the returned goods are deemed to have been altered, worn, damaged, or soiled then Brides by Lucia Lee reserve the right to refuse part or all of any refund. Tags must not have been removed from any returned goods. If tags have been removed, no refund will be given.

5. Whilst we try to be as fair as possible in accepting returns, sale items are sold at significantly reduced prices which reflects the possibility of the item containing flaws. The Buyer cannot reject goods where Brides by Lucia Lee has made the Buyer aware of any imperfections, flaws or cleaning requirements.
